The faculty of PPG BAIP is made up of researchers from UFPA, Federal Rural University of Amazonia, Evandro Chagas Institute, Emilio Goeldi Museum, University of the State of Pará, Oswaldo Cruz Institute (IOC / Fiocruz) and I.I. Schmalhausen Institute of Zoology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Ukraine), which shows the interinstitutional and international integrative action of the Program.

In addition, the faculty presents several cooperative and systematic activities with researchers from other teaching and research institutions in Brazil through individual ACADEMIC and SCIENTIFIC COOPERATIONS or through those that involve Graduate Programs and other Research Incentive Programs, such as: BASIC PARASITOLOGY (Associations: UFPA-UFV-FIOCRUZ), PRO AMAZON (CAPES) 2010-2016 (Association: UFPA-IEC-FIOCRUZ / RJ), PROCAD NEW FRONTIERS UFAM-UFU), PRO AMAZON (CAPES) 2012-2018 (Associations: UFPA - UFPR - UFRA).

International

The process of internationalization of a Graduate Program encompasses several factors, such as student transit and, fundamentally, professors, with the elaboration of research projects with participants from abroad. In this last aspect, PPG BAIP stands out because it has extensive experience in international cooperation projects
